Thanks for stopping by and checking out my work.

I’ve been an art nerd as early as I can remember. Art was hands-down my favorite subject and I knew that my career was somehow going be doing something with color, composition and creating, despite the “You can’t make a living doing art” comments. Sure enough, here I am doing just that. I work full-time in the photography studio at Hallmark Cards as an Art Director and the images you see on my site is my weekend side-hustle.

I graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. I never imagined that my degree would move me out to the Midwest to design greeting cards. After 6 years designing, I made a shift in my career to a medium I’ve always had a passion for - Photography. I wasn’t aware of what a photo stylist was, but after reading an internal posting for this position and connecting with people in the role, I applied. It was what I described as the best secret job ever. Nobody in this role really went to school to study photo styling and in fact, everyone came from a different artistic background whether it was interior design, photography or graphic design. All I knew was that I was ready to be more physically active while creating and collaborating with others and wanted to connect back to a medium I had scratched the surface on in high school and college. After three years of photo styling, I transitioned to Art Directing, which has really connected the dots with my design background and have been doing so since 2014. Simultaneously, with the inside exposure to what it takes to make a beautiful photograph and working alongside world class photographers, I was compelled to take my side hobby to another level. Always with a camera in hand and documenting my family and friends since my youth, I realized I truly enjoy capturing the true authenticity of relationships in various moments of one’s life. That passion led to photographing weddings, babies, families, special occasions, portraits and more.
